This document outlines what data IPTV Greek gathers when you browse this site or purchase our service, the reasons we collect it, and your available options. We request the bare minimum and never sell personal details to third parties.
Information we collect
When you place an order or contact support we collect the details you give us: your name, your email address, your WhatsApp or telephone number, the plan you chose, and — for MAG and similar boxes — the device MAC address required for activation. When you browse the site, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you opened.
Transactions are handled by external payment processors. We obtain notification of successful payment and the corresponding transaction identifier. Your complete card details are never visible or saved by us.

Information is shared exclusively with partners essential to operations: payment gateways, hosting and infrastructure providers, and communication platforms we use for contact. Each partner accesses only necessary details for their role. We also reveal data when legally obligated.
How long we keep it
Purchase and invoice records are retained as long as tax regulations mandate. Support exchanges are preserved during your active subscription and a sensible time beyond to assist if you come back. System logs are maintained briefly before being deleted.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your stored information, ask for corrections, or request deletion once it's no longer required for legal or contractual purposes. Security
Customer data access is restricted to support personnel only, and all site communication is encrypted. No platform is foolproof: never share your password with anyone requesting it outside our verified WhatsApp number or email address.
Children
